Owner & Head Chef

Lucy's passion for food shines through in every dish she creates. Drawing on her Wanaka roots and connections with local producers, she ensures only the best Central Otago produce for your event. Beyond the kitchen, Lucy enjoys outdoor adventures in Wanaka with her family. She's eager to collaborate with you to craft a menu that makes your event unforgettable.

Owner & Accounts Manager

Andy is passionate about the Aspiring team providing a memorable experience from start to finish! He believes that Aspiring Catering has so many repeat customers due to our dedicated team. Away from work, Andy enjoys skiing and outdoor adventures with his wife Lucy and their twin boys.

Meet Cécile

Events Manager

Cécile, originally from France, has a deep passion for wine and food. As Aspiring Catering's Event Manager in Wanaka, she seamlessly combines her event management expertise with her love for cuisine. Dedicated to perfecting every detail, Cécile ensures a seamless, stress-free event. She works closely with you on beverage selection, equipment hire, and event timelines. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking around Lake Wanaka, shopping, watching Netflix, and savoring Central Otago wines and local cheeses.

Meet Annabelle

Sou Chef

Annabelle's passion for food shines in her creative contributions to menu development, tasting, and especially in crafting Aspiring Catering's stunning grazing boards. Her keen eye for styling and plating enhances every dish. Like her team, she's process-oriented, reveling in the journey from concept to execution. When not in the kitchen, Annabelle enjoys outdoor activities with her young family, with a particular enthusiasm for skiing and sharing this passion with her loved ones.
